s1 2 s4 National Parks Amendment (No. 3) No. 390, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the National Parks Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 1994 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the National Parks Regulation 1987 . ˙ Insertion of new s 11A 3. After section 11— insert — ‘ Access to restricted access area within Cape Melville National Park ‘ 11A.(1) The area is a restricted access area only until 30 April 1995. ‘ (2) A person may enter the area without a permit if the person is— (a) an officer authorised by the Director to enter the area for official purposes; or (b) a member of a group of Aboriginal people who have established a claim to the area under the Aboriginal Land Act 1991 . ‘ (3) In this section— “area” means the part of Cape Melville National Park set out in Schedule 3.’. ˙ Amendment of Sch 3 4.
