s1 2 s3 National Parks Amendment (No. 2) No. 215, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the National Parks Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1994 1 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the National Parks Regulation 1987 . ˙ Insertion of new s 39 3. After section 38— insert— ˙ ‘ Exclusion of land from National Park 441 County of Ward ‘ 39.(1) The land described in the following table, being land to be opened or applied for use as a road for public use, is excluded from National Park 441 County of Ward. TABLE County of Ward, Parish of Tamborine Area—about 0.4 ha Area A–B–D–E–A on plan DWG90/451 2 held by the Department of Lands, Brisbane. ‘ (2) National Park 441 County of Ward, as amended by this section, is described in the following table. 1 See section 20A of the Statutory Instruments Act 1992 . 2 This plan is available for inspection at the Department of Lands, Brisbane and a copy is available for inspection at the Department of Environment and Heritage, Brisbane.
