2 National Parks Amendment (No. 1) No. 76, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the National Parks Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1994 . 1 ˙ Amended regulation 2. The National Parks Regulation 1987 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Insertion of new ss 35 to 38 3. After section 34— insert— ˙ ‘Amended description of National Park 286 County of Canning ‘35. National Park 286 County of Canning, as amended by section 34, is described in the following table. TABLE County of Canning, Parish of Mooloolah Area—about 37.5 ha Lot 438 on plan CG1988 2 held by the Department of Lands, Brisbane, other than areas F-G-H-F and X-Q-R-S-A-P-X shown on plan CP857797 2 , held by the Department of Lands, Brisbane. ˙ ‘Exclusion of land from National Park 1767 County of March ‘36.(1) The land described in the following table, being land to be opened or applied for use as a road for public use, is excluded from National Park 1767 County of March. 1 See section 20A of the Statutory Instruments Act 1992 . 2 This plan is available for inspection at the Department of Lands, Brisbane, and a copy is available for inspection at the Department of Environment and Heritage, Brisbane.
