2 National Parks Amendment (No. 1) No. 321, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the National Parks Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1993 . 1 ˙ Amended regulation 2. The National Parks Regulation 1987 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Insertion of new s.34 3. After section 33— insert— ˙ ‘Exclusion of land from National Park ‘34. The land described in Schedule 5, being land to be opened or applied for use as a road for public use, is excluded from National Park 286, County of Canning. ’. ˙ Insertion of new Schedule 5 4. After Schedule 4— insert— 1 See s.20A of the Statutory Instruments Act 1992.
