Lands) Notice (No 2) 2014

under the

National Park Estate (Riverina Red Gum Reservations) Act 2010

I, the Chief Executive of the Office of Environment and Heritage, with the approval of the Minister administering the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974 and pursuant to section 13 of the National Park Estate (Riverina Red Gum Reservations) Act 2010 (the Act), adjust the description of lands in Schedules 3 and 6 to the Act by amending those Schedules as set out in Schedule 1 to this Notice.

In accordance with section 13 (5) of the Act, I certify that the adjustments effected by this Notice will not result in any significant reduction in the size or value of national park estate land or State forest land.

An area of about 343 hectares, being so much of Morago State Forest Nos 92–97 (dedicated by proclamation published in the NSW Government Gazette on 18 February 1914, Extension No 1 published 14 October 1988, Extension No 2 published 21 October 1988 and Extension No 3 published 25 October 2002) as is comprised in the following land:

(a)	Lots 53, 55, 56 and 58, DP1075291,
(b)	Lot 53, DP756298,
(c)	Lot 74, DP722029.

Omit clause 5. Insert instead:

An area of about 616 hectares, being so much of Morago State Forest Nos 92–97 (dedicated by proclamation published in the NSW Government Gazette on 18 February 1914, Extension No 1 published 14 October 1988, Extension No 2 published 21 October 1988 and Extension No 3 published 25 October 2002) as does not include the following land:

(a)	Lots 53, 55, 56 and 58, DP1075291,
(b)	Lot 53, DP756298,
(c)	Lot 74, DP722029.
