This order in council may be cited as the National Park 933 Counties of Churchill, Merivale and Ward (Extension) Order 1994 . ˙ Amalgamation of National Parks 2. The following National Parks are amalgamated with National Park 933 Counties of Churchill, Merivale and Ward— (a) National Park 115 County of Merivale; (b) National Park 550 County of Merivale; (c) National Park 569 County of Merivale; (d) National Park 836 County of Churchill. ˙ Extension of National Park 933 Counties of Churchill, Merivale and Ward 3. The land described in the following table is— (a) set apart and declared as a National Park; and (b) amalgamated with National Park 933 Counties of Churchill, Merivale and Ward. TABLE County of Merivale, Parish of Emu Vale Area—about 559 ha Lot 85 on plan ML2041 1 held by the Department of Lands, Brisbane and the area shown as SF400 on plan FTY1380 2 held by the Department of Primary Industries, Brisbane. 1 This plan is available for inspection at the Department of Lands, Brisbane and a copy is available for inspection at the Department of Environment and Heritage, Brisbane. 2 This plan is available for inspection at the Department of Primary Industries, Brisbane and a copy is available for inspection at the Department of Environment and Heritage, Brisbane.
