This order in council may be cited as the National Park 2762 County of Canning (Extension and Exclusion) Order 1994 . ˙ Extension of National Park 2762 County of Canning 2. The land described in the following table is— (a) set apart and declared as a National Park; and (b) amalgamated with National Park 2762 County of Canning. TABLE County of Canning, Parish of Maroochy Area—7.15 ha Lot 9 on plan RP218343 1 held by the Department of Lands, Brisbane. ˙ Exclusion of land from National Park 2762 County of Canning 3. The land described in the following table is excluded from National Park 2762 County of Canning.
