This order in council may be cited as the National Park 255 County of Herbert (Extension and Exclusion) Order 1994 . ˙ Extension of National Park 255 County of Herbert 2. The land described in the following table is— (a) set apart and declared as a National Park; and (b) amalgamated with National Park 255 County of Herbert. TABLE County of Herbert, Parish of Dryander Area—about 455 ha Lot 2 on plan DP855690 1 held by the Department of Lands, Brisbane and Lot 319 on plan DP847516 1 held by the Department of Lands, Brisbane. ˙ Exclusion of land from National Park 255 County of Herbert 3. The land described in the following table is excluded from National Park 255 County of Herbert.
