This order in council may be cited as the National Park 127 County of Canning (Extension and Exclusion) Order 1994 . ˙ Amalgamation of National Parks 2. The following National Parks are amalgamated with National Park 127 County of Canning— (a) National Park 233 County of Canning; (b) National Park 749 County of Canning; (c) National Park 750 County of Canning. ˙ Extension of National Park 127 County of Canning 3. The land described in the following table is— (a) set apart and declared as a National Park; and (b) amalgamated with National Park 127 County of Canning. TABLE County of Canning, Parish of Beerwah Area—about 27 ha Areas C and D on plan NPW448 1 held by the Department of Environment and Heritage, Brisbane. ˙ Exclusion of land from National Park 127 County of Canning 4. The land described in the following table is excluded from National Park 127 County of Canning as amalgamated under section 2. 1 This plan is available for inspection at the Department of Environment and Heritage, Brisbane.
