This order in council may be cited as the National Park 113 County of Herbert (Extension) Order 1994 . ˙ Amalgamation of National Parks 2. The following National Parks are amalgamated with National Park 113 County of Herbert— (a) National Park 228 County of Herbert; (b) National Park 248 County of Herbert; (c) National Park 249 County of Herbert; (d) National Park 250 County of Herbert; (e) National Park 251 County of Herbert; (f) National Park 252 County of Herbert; (g) National Park 259 County of Herbert; (h) National Park 263 County of Herbert; (i) National Park 268 County of Herbert; (j) National Park 269 County of Herbert; (k) National Park 270 County of Herbert. ˙ Extension of National Park 113 County of Herbert 3. The land described in the following table is— (a) set apart and declared as a National Park; and (b) amalgamated with National Park 113 County of Herbert.
