National Occupational Health and Safety Commission Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, T H E GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the National Occupational Health and Safety Commission Act 1985.

Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

2 . Regulation 3 (Publication of national s tandard or code of

practice)

2.1 Omit the regulation, substitute:

Notice of declaration of national standard or code of practice

" 3. The details of a national standard or code of practice

required by subsection 38 (3) of the Act to be published are to be

published in the Gazette.".
