1Name of regulation
This regulation is the National Measurement Amendment (Fees) Regulation 2014.
2Commencement
This regulation commences on 1 July 2014.
3Authority
This regulation is made under the National Measurement Act 1960.
4Schedule(s)
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
Schedule 1—Amendments
National Measurement Regulations 1999
1 Subclause 1A.1(2) of Schedule 13
Repeal the subclause, substitute:
(2) For an instrument mentioned in paragraph (b) or (f) of item 4 or paragraph (b), (d) or (e) of item 7 of the table in subclause (1):
(a) the fees prescribed in item 10 of the table in Part 1 do not apply; and
(b) the fee for the activity mentioned in item 10 of the table in Part 1 is $226 per hour.
