National Library Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the National Library Act I960.

Regulations 2, 3 and 4 of the National Library Regulations are repealed and the following regulations substituted:

Interpretation

“2. In these Regulations, “the Act” means the National Library Act 1960.

Prescribed allowances—Director-General

“3. For the purposes of sub-section 13 (2) of the Act, the following allowances are prescribed in relation to the Director-General, namely, the allowances payable to a Senior Executive Service officer of the Australian Public Service.”.
