This determination is the National Land Transport (Exemption from Public Tenders for State Projects) Determination 2014.

2     Commencement

This Determination commences on 10 October 2014.

3     Determination

For subparagraph 24(1)(c)(vi) of the National Land Transport Act 2014, the amount is $100,000.
