I, BEN SLADIC, delegate of the Minister for Health, make this determination under subsection 84C(7) of the National Health Act 1953 (the Act) having, in accordance with subsection 84C(9) of the Act, obtained the written agreement of the Pharmacy Guild of Australia.

1  Name

(1) This instrument is the National Health (Subsection 84C(7)) Amendment Determination 2019.

(2) This instrument may also be cited as PB 50 of 2019.

2  Commencement

This instrument commences on 1 July 2019.

3  Authority

This instrument is made under subsection 84C(7) of the National Health Act 1953.

4  Schedules

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1—Amendments

National Health (Subsection 84C(7)) Determination 2010

[1]       Subparagraph 6(1)(a)(i)

Omit “$1.23”, substitute “$1.25”.

[2]       Subparagraph 6(1)(b)(i)

Omit “$1.59”, substitute “$1.61”.
