I, NICOLA ROXON, Minister for Health and Ageing, make this Determination under subsection 35 (1) of the National Health Security Act 2007.

  1. Name of Determination

This Determination is the National Health Security (SSBA Standards) Determination 2010.

  1. Commencement

This Determination commences on 14 July 2010.

  1. Definitions

In this Determination:

Act means the National Health Security Act 2007.

SSBA Standards means the Security‑sensitive Biological Agent (SSBA) Standards, dated 14 July 2010, published by the Commonwealth.

  • Determination

    • For subsection 35 (1) of the Act, the SSBA Standards are determined.

    1. Revocation

    The National Health Security (SSBA Standards) Determination 2009 is revoked.
