  1. Name of Determination

This Determination is the National Health Security (Responsible Bodies) Determination 2008.

  1. Definition

In this Determination:

Act means the National Health Security Act 2007.

  1. Determination of responsible bodies

   For subsection 3 (2) of the Act, each body mentioned in Schedule 1 is a responsible Commonwealth, State or Territory body.

Misdescribed amendments
