National Health Security (National Notifiable Disease List) Instrument 2018   3

1  Name

This instrument is the National Health Security (National Notifiable Disease List) Amendment Instrument 2020.

2  Commencement

This instrument commences the day after this instrument is registered.

3  Authority

This instrument is made under subsection 12(1) of the National Health Security Act 2007.

4  Schedules

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

After Item 25 in the table to subsection 6(1), insert:

25A Human coronavirus with pandemic potential

Insert:

Note: Human coronavirus with pandemic potential ceases to be on the National Notifiable Disease List at the end of the period of 6 months after the National Health Security (National Notifiable Disease List) Amendment Instrument 2020 took effect due to subsection 12(4) of the National Health Security Act 2007.
