National Health Security Amendment Act 2009

I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under items 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the table in subsection 2 (1) of the National Health Security Amendment Act 2009, fix 31 January 2010 as the day on which Parts 2, 4, 5 and 6 of Schedule 1 to that Act commence.
