1              Name of Instrument

(1)This Instrument is the National Health (Residential Medication Chart) Amendment Determination 2012 (No.2).

(2)This Instrument may also be cited as PB 101 of 2012.

2             Commencement

This Instrument commences on the day after registration.

3              Amendments to National Health (Residential Medication Chart) Determination 2012

Schedule 1 amends the National Health (Residential Medication Chart) Determination 2012.

Schedule 1                   Amendments

  1. After Subparagraph 2.10 (e) (ii)

insert:

2.11        Standard fields information—pharmaceutical benefits: short‑term medicines

  1. Subsection 2.13(3)

omit:

The standard field for the patient’s blood glucose level must be clearly visible to a person    looking at the standard fields for administering insulin.

insert:
