1  Name

(1)   This instrument is the National Health (Remote Area Aboriginal Health Services Program) Amendment Special Arrangement 2023 (No. 1).

(2)   This instrument may also be cited as PB 63 of 2023.

2  Commencement

(1)    Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

National Health (Remote Area Aboriginal Health Services Program) Special Arrangement 2017

1  Paragraph 15(1)(c)

Omit “$3.20”, substitute “$3.30”.

2  Paragraph 15(1)(d)

Omit “$5.04”, substitute “$5.21”.

3  Subsection 15(1) (note)

Repeal the note, substitute: “

Note: In 2023, the relevant determination under paragraph 98B(1)(a) of the Act was PB 63 of 2023.
