National Health Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the National Health Act 1953.

1. Amendment

1.1 The National Health Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

2. Regulation 4 (Day hospital facility—prescribed premises)

2.1 Regulation 4:

Add at the end:

“(h) the premises known as SPORTSMED.SA and situated at 32 Payneham Road, Stepney, South Australia.”.
