National Health Regulations 2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the

following Regulations under the National Health Act 1953.

1. Amendment

1.1 The National Health Regulations are amended as set out in these

Regulations.

2.  Regulation 4 (Day hospital facility)

2.1 After paragraph 4 (g), insert:

"(ga) the premises known as Canberra Ophthalmic Day Surgery Centre and situated at 13 Theodore Street, Curtin, Australian Capital Territory;".
