I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL
of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal
Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the
Dated 23 August 1991.

1.1 The National Health Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.
2.1 Paragraph 48 (1) (b):
Add at the end:
“(vi) an event occurring while the person:
(A) is attending at a place for the purpose of undergoing unemployed training under the program known as ‘SkillShare’ administered by the Department of Employment, Education and Training; or
(B) is travelling to a place in order to attend there for that purpose, or from a place after having attended there for that purpose.”.
