I, THE
GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of
the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the
Dated 30 September 1993.

1.1 The National Health Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.
These
Regulations commence on gazettal: see
2.1 Omit “are”, substitute “is”.
2.2 Add at the end:
For the purposes of paragraph (d) of the definition of “day hospital facility” in subsection 4 (1) of the Act, the following premises are prescribed:
(a) the premises known as the Tweed Heads Medical Centre and situated at 127 Wharf Street, Tweed Heads, New South Wales.”.
