National Health Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the National Health Act 1953.

1.   Commencement

1.1   Regulations 1, 2 and 3 commence on 1 January 1995.

1.2   Regulation 4 commences on 1 February 1995.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The National Health Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Schedule 5 (Adjusted fee government nursing homes)

3.1   Part 3, item 6059:

Omit “6059”, substitute “3059”.

3.2   Part 5, item 5003:

Omit “Windana Nursing Home”, substitute “St Basil’s Glandore Nursing Home”.

3.3   Part 7, item 7002:

Omit “Camellia Nursing Home”, substitute “Rosary Gardens Nursing Home”.

3.4   Part 7:

After item 7009, insert:

“7009A Strathaven Homes for the Aged,  899 Brooker Avenue, Berriedale, Tasmania 7011 8420 S”.

4.   Schedule 5 (Adjusted fee government nursing homes)

4.1   Part 2:

Omit the Part, substitute:
