National Health Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the National Health Act 1953.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 July 1995.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The National Health Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Schedule 5 (Adjusted fee government nursing homes)

3.1   Part 2:

After item 2002A, insert:

“2002AB Graythwaite Nursing Home, 10 Edwards Street, North Sydney, N.S.W. 2060 1451S”.

3.2   Part 2:

After item 2004, insert:

“2004A Muswellbrook Hospital Nursing Home, Brentwood Street, Muswellbrook, N.S.W. 2333 2797 S”.

3.3   Part 2:

After item 2005, insert:
