National Health Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the National Health Act 1953.

1.   Commencement

1.1   Subject to subregulation 1.2, these Regulations are taken to have commenced on 1 December 1995.

1.2   Subregulation 3.2 commences on 1 January 1996.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The National Health Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Schedule 5 (Adjusted fee government nursing homes)

3.1   Part 2:

Omit the Part, substitute:
