National Health Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the National Health Act 1953.

1.   Commencement

1.1 These Regulations commence on

 1 May 1996.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The National Health Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Schedule 5 (Adjusted fee government nursing homes)

3.1   Part 2, new item 2002A:

After item 2002, insert:

“2002A Bethany Nursing Home, 1470 S”.

3.2   Part 2, item 2023:

Omit the item.

3.3   Part 3, item 3002:

Omit “Centre,”, substitute “Campus,”.
