REGULATIONS UNDER THE NATIONAL HEALTH ACT 1953-1972.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the National Health Act 1953-1972,

Amendment of the National Health Regulations 

Fees and allowance of members of committees.

1. Regulation 23 of the National Health Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-paragraph (i) of paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (3.) the words “ Twenty-one dollars ” and inserting in their stead the words “ Twenty-five dollars ”.

Application.

2. The rates specified in sub-regulation (3.) of regulation 23 of the National Health Regulations as amended by these Regulations apply in relation to travelling allowance paid or payable to the Chairman or a member of a Committee in respect of the twenty-fourth day of January, 1972, or any subsequent day.
