National Health Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the National Health Act 1953.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 July 1985.

2. After regulation 5A of the National Health Regulations the following regulation is inserted:

Prescribed amount—sub-section 17 (1) of the Act

“5b. For the purposes of the definition of ‘prescribed amount’ in sub-section 17 (1) of the Act, the amount of $30 is prescribed.”.
