National Health Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the National Health Act 1953.

Prescribed matter—restricted membership organization

Regulation 3c of the National Health Regulations is amended by inserting “a health benefits fund,” after “contributor to”.
