National Health Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the National Health Act 1953.

Application for registration as a registered health benefits organization

Regulation 19 of the National Health Regulations is amended by omitting paragraphs 2 (a) and (b) and substituting the following paragraphs:

“(a) a copy of the instrument constituting the organization and the articles of association, if any, of the organization;

(b) a copy of the rules of the organization;”.
