National Health Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the National Health Act 1953.

After regulation 3c of the National Health Regulations, the following regulation is inserted:

Prescribed premises—day hospital facility

“3d. For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of ‘day hospital facility’ in sub-section 4 (1) of the Act, the following premises are prescribed, namely, the premises known as the Sydney Day Surgery and situated at 251-281 New South Head Road, Edgecliffe, in the State of New South Wales.”.
