National Health Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the National Health Act 1953.

Regulation 3d of the National Health Regulations is repealed and the following regulation substituted:

Day hospital facility—prescribed premises

“3d. For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of ‘day hospital facility’ in sub-section 4 (1) of the Act, each of the following premises are prescribed:

(a) the premises known as the Hornsby Day Surgery Centre and situated at 1a Northcote Road, Hornsby in the State of New South Wales;

(b) the premises known as the Sydney Day Surgery and situated at 251-281 New South Head Road, Edgecliff in the State of New South Wales.”.
