National Health Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the National Health Act 1953.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 13 November 1986.

Amounts prescribed for the purposes of sub-section 47 (1) of the Act

2. Regulations 28a of the National Health Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from paragraph 2 (a) “$36.80” and substituting “$43;40”;

(b) by omitting from paragraph 2 (b) “$48.50” and substituting “$53.60”;

(c) by omitting from paragraph 2 (c) “$32.75” and substituting “$35.25”;

(d) by omitting from paragraph 2 (d) “$42.05” and substituting “$45.05”;

(e) by omitting from paragraph 2 (e) “$35.55” and substituting “$37.00”;

(f) by omitting from paragraph 2 (f) “$33.95” and substituting “$36.15”;

(g) by omitting from paragraph 2 (g) “$36.80” and substituting “$43.40”; and

(h) by omitting from paragraph 2 (h) “$42.05” and substituting “$45.05”.
