National Health Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the National Health Act 1953.

Day hospital facility—prescribed premises

Regulation 3d of the National Health Regulations is amended by inserting after paragraph (a) the following paragraph:

“(aa) the premises known as the NIB Day Hospital Centre and situated at 182 Christo Road, Lambton in the State of New South Wales;”.
