1          Name of Instrument

(1)        This Instrument is the National Health (Price and Special Patient Contribution) Amendment Determination 2014 (No. 5).

(2)        This Instrument may also be cited as PB 53 of 2014.

2          Commencement

This Instrument commences on 1 August 2014.
