(1)     This Determination is the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits – Therapeutic Groups) Amendment Determination 2013 (No. 4).

(2)     This Determination may also be cited as PB 77 of 2013.

1. Commencement

This Determination commences on 1 December 2013.
