(1)   This Determination is the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits Supplied by Public Hospitals) Amendment Determination  2010.

(2)   This Determination may also be cited as PB 114 of 2010.

  1. Commencement

This Determination commences on 1 December 2010.

  1. Amendment of National Health Act 1953 - Determination under subsection 99(4) (27/10/2006)

Schedule 1 amends the National Health Act 1953 - Determination under subsection 99(4) (27/10/2006).

the type of pharmaceutical benefit in accordance with Part 3 of Schedule 2 to the Minister's Determination under sections 85 and 85A of the Act
