National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits)

Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the National Health Act 1953.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 December 1987.

Writing of prescriptions

2. Regulation 19 of the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations is amended:

(a) by omitting paragraph (1) (h);

(b) by omitting from subregulation (1a) “except the requirement of paragraph (1) (h)”.
