REGULATIONS UNDER THE NATIONAL HEALTH ACT 1953.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the National Health Act 1953.

Amendments of the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations. 

First Schedule.

1. The First Schedule to the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting item 50 and inserting in its stead the following item:—

 

“50	Diphtheria, Pertussis and Tetanus Antigen	. ..	1 cc. amp	3	..

(b) by inserting after item 135 the following item:—

“135a Tabellae Codeinae Phosphatis gr. ¼, Sodii Pentobarbitoni gr. ½ et Phenacetini gr. 5”
