REGULATIONS UNDER THE NATIONAL HEALTH ACT 1953-1959.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the National Health Act 1953-1959.

Amendments of the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations. 

Third Schedule.

1.—(1.) The Third Schedule to the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations is amended by inserting after the words—

“Glycerophosphates Compound Syrup, A.P.F.”

the word—

“Guanethidine.”.

(2.) This regulation shall come into operation on the first day of February, 1961.

Fifth Schedule.

2.—(1.) The Fifth Schedule to the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations is amended by inserting after the words—

“Amphotericin B...................................

Systemic fungal infections”

the words—

“Androstanolone...................................

Mammary carcinoma”.

(2.) This regulation shall come into operation on the first day of January, 1961.
