Amendments of the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations.
(
a ) by omitting from sub-regulation (2.) the words “Where the letters” and inserting in their stead the words “Subject to the next succeeding sub-regulation, where the letters”; and(
b )by inserting after sub-regulation (2.) the following sub-regulation:—“(2a.) Where the letters ‘A.P.F. 1955’ appear after the name of the pharmaceutical benefit or the additive, the standards of composition and purity are those constituted by the description of that pharmaceutical benefit and its ingredients, or of that additive, as the case may be, in the edition of the book called the Australian Pharmaceutical Formulary published by the Pharmaceutical Association of Australia in the year 1955 as subsequently amended.”.
