REGULATIONS UNDER THE NATIONAL HEALTH ACT 1953-1967.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the National Health Act 1953-1967.

Amendments of the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations  

Commencement.

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on the first day of December, 1967.

Drugs, &c., that are not pharmaceutical benefits.

2. Regulation 10 of the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting the words “ first column ” (wherever occurring) and inserting in their stead the words “ second column ”; and

(b) by omitting from sub-regulation (3.) the words “ second column ” and inserting in their stead the words “ third column ”.

First, Second, Third, Fourth, and Fifth Schedules.

3. The First, Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth Schedules to the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations are repealed and the following Schedules inserted in their stead:—
