National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations (Amendment) (Cth)
REGULATIONS UNDER THE NATIONAL HEALTH ACT 1953-1967.*

Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the

Amendments of the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations
1. These Regulations shall come into operation on the first day of December, 1967.
2. Regulation 10 of the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations is amended—(
a ) by omitting the words “ first column ” (wherever occurring) and inserting in their stead the words “ second column ”; and(
b ) by omitting from sub-regulation (3.) the words “ second column ” and inserting in their stead the words “ third column ”.
3. The First, Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth Schedules to the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations are repealed and the following Schedules inserted in their stead:—
