REGULATIONS UNDER THE NATIONAL HEALTH ACT 1953-1968.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the National Health Act 1953-1968.

Amendments of the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits)  regulations 

Commencement.

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on the first day of December, 1968.

First Schedule.

2. The First Schedule to the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations is amended by omitting item 57 and inserting in its stead the following item:—

" 57. Chloroquine Phosphate ".

Second Schedule.

3. The Second Schedule to the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations is amended as set out in the First Schedule to these Regulations.

Third Schedule.

4. The Third Schedule to the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations is amended as set out in the Second Schedule to these Regulations.

Fifth Schedule.

5. The Fifth Schedule to the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations is repealed and the following Schedule inserted in its stead:—

With the written authority of the Director-General, the treatment of a mental disorder in a person who has been discharged from an approved hospital at which he received treatment for a mental disorder and who is living in a place remote from an approved hospital
