REGULATIONS UNDER THE NATIONAL HEALTH ACT 1953-1968.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the National Health Act 1953-1968.

Amendments of the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations 

Commencement.

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on the first day of April, 1969.

First schedule.

2. The First Schedule to the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations is amended—

(a) by inserting after item 38 the following item:—

" 38a. Caffeine Hydrate ";

(b) by inserting after item 130 the following item:—

" 130a. Dusting Powder Absorbable ";

(c) by omitting item 187; and

(d) by inserting after item 266 the following item:—

" 266a. Oil of Coriander ".

Second Schedule.

3. The Second Schedule to the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations is amended by omitting item 3.

Third Schedule.

4. The Third Schedule to the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations is amended as set out in the First Schedule to these Regulations.

Fifth Schedule.

5. The Fifth Schedule to the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations is amended as set out in the Second Schedule to these Regulations.
