REGULATIONS UNDER THE NATIONAL HEALTH ACT 1953-1969.*
WHEREAS it is provided by
sub-section (4.) of section 101 of the
AND WHEREAS that Committee has
recommended to the Minister that the following additional drugs and medicinal preparations
be prescribed as pharmaceutical benefits under section 85 of the

GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the

5. The Fourth Schedule to the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations is amended—
(
a ) by inserting after item 9, the following items:—
“ 9a. Concentrated Anise Water, B.P.C.
9b. Concentrated Cinnamon Water, B.P.C.
9c. Concentrated Peppermint Water, B.P.”;
(
b ) by inserting after item 14, the following items:—
“ 14a. Eucalyptol, B.P.C.
“ 14b. Eucalyptus Oil, B.P.”;
(
c ) by inserting after item 17, the following item:—
“ 17a. Peppermint Oil, B.P.”; and
(
