REGULATIONS UNDER THE
NATIONAL HEALTH ACT 1953
WHEREAS it is provided by sub-section 101 (4) of the

WHEREAS that Committee has recommended to the Minister that the following drugs
and medicinal preparations be prescribed as pharmaceutical benefits under
section 85 of the

AMENDMENTS OF THE NATIONAL HEALTH
PHARMACEUTICAL BENEFITS) REGULATIONS
These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 April 1979.
Schedule 1 to the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations is amended as set out in Schedule 1.
Schedule 2 to the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations is amended as set out in Schedule 2.
Schedule 3 to the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations is amended as set out in Schedule 3.
Schedule 4 to the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations is amended by omitting items 18 and 22.
Schedule 5 to the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations is amended as set out in Schedule 4.
