it is provided by sub-section 101 (4) of the

be prescribed as pharmaceutical benefits under section 85 of the

AMENDMENTS OF THE NATIONAL HEALTH
(PHARMACEUTICAL BENEFITS) REGULATIONS
These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 August 1979.
Schedules 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 to the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations are repealed and the following Schedules substituted:
